- MEDICAL - DENTAL - VISION! There will also be FREE: GROCERIES - SNACKS -BLANKETS - TOWELS
There will be PRIMARY CARE DOCTORS and
SPECIALTY CARE DOCTORS (Heart, Lung, Bone, and Skin) on site! CHILDRENS HEALTH Pediatrics (Please bring your childs immunization / yellow card)
OTHER SERVICES Womens Health - Dental - Eye Care - Colon Cancer Screening - Osteoporosis - TB Skin Test - Anemia and Blood Sugar - Dietary Services - Social Services (Medi-Cal and Food Stamps)
VERY IMPORTANT: PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING FREE TESTS - Call St. Johns Regional Medical Center (805) 988-2865 before 4 PM on Tuesday, October 10
-Blood Tests (You must fast for 10 hours)
-Prostate Cancer (PSA for men over 40 years)
-Mammogram (For women over 40 years)
-PAP Smear
