What happens if I forget my password - is there a way to retrieve it?

Yes there is. Below the password field there is a option called Mail it to Me - choose that option - (NOTE: you must supply your user name). Once this option is chosen the password will be emailed to you.

What happens if I forgot my user name?

Click on the I Forgot It option located under the User Name field. Provide us with your first and last name and either your birthdate, zip code or email address and click the continue button. The database will conduct a search and your user name should appear on the screen. If search information was not correct, choose the Click here if the search information you supplied was not entered correctly to do another search. If your your information was not complete choose the Click here to start a new membership option to complete your registation or create a new account.
