Personal Preferences & F.A.Q.

Personal Preferences gives you the opportunity to define the information you would like to sent to you via the station. NOTE: If we distribute information other than The Octopus content, we will manage that information on behalf of our other content providers. We do not sell or distribute your name or other information to other parties.

How do I define my preferences?

  • From the main Listener Club menu, choose the Personal Preferences option. Check the preference options that interest you and click the Update my Preferences button.
  • Once I choose my preferences, can I change them?

    From the main Listener Club menu, choose the Change Your Content Preferences option. In this section, you can specify which announcement and topic categories are of interest. You shouldn't expect to receive any email or fax messages that you don't want to receive.

    Will my information be sold to parties outside of the radio station?

    No.

    We do not provide or sell your personal information to anyone else. When you choose categories of interest, e-mails or faxes may be sent from the Club on behalf of advertisers.


    Who do I contact if the web site does not answer my question?

    Just send us an email and we will answer your question(s) as quickly as we can!

    How do I get back to the Listener Club main menu?

    At the top of the screen there is a option for Menu click on that option to return to the main menu. -OR- Down at the bottom of each screen you will see a Back to Listener Club Menu. Use this option to return to the main menu.

    How do I Log Out of the club?

    At the top of the screen - click on the LogOut option to cancel your session in the Listener Club.
