August 23 - 31, 2002
Friday, August 23 - Fly To Florida
Today you'll fly to Orlando, Florida where you and your family will be greeted by Disney representatives and escorted to your hotel for the evening. Tomorrow you cruise. Tonight rest up for that very exciting day. Your flight, transfer to the hotel, the hotel room and all taxes are included in the package.
Saturday, August 24 - Anchors Away!
This morning you'll be picked up at your hotel for the one-hour ride to Port Canaveral where your beautiful ship, the Disney Magic awaits you. There will be a welcome aboard celebration and a bon voyage party personally hosted by Mickey Mouse and a bunch of his pals. Then we're off to the sun-drenched Caribbean. Tonight, your first fabulous dinner at sea and a fun live variety show featuring the Disney characters in the Walt Disney Theater.

Sunday, August 25 & Monday, August 26 - Cruising
Two wonderful days at sea to get to know this remarkable ship and all the activities available on it. The kids and teens programs are underway and plenty of fun for the adults too. You can be as busy or as lazy as you want. In the evenings, two more fabulous live Disney shows to enthrall young and old alike.
Tuesday, August 27 - St. Maarten
Our first Caribbean island...and a beauty it is. This unique island is half Dutch and half French, truly an international experience. Tours available for purchase include: snorkeling...kayaking...sport fishing...regatta sailing...an island tour of the Dutch and French sides..and more. Close by are beaches and casinos. Tonight, on board, a tropical pool party Disney style.
Wednesday, August 28 - St. Thomas
This Caribbean island is known for great shopping and wonderful beaches. Tours available for purchase include golf at the famous Mahogany Run...submarine excursions...sail and snorkel adventures...bike riding...a beautiful island tour...and more. Tonight's entertainment is the most unique magic show you've ever witnessed.
Thursday, August 29 - Cruising
One last full day at sea to enjoy all the activities on board. Tonight's live show is a celebration of the music and magic of favorite Disney animated classics hosted by Peter Pan.
Friday, August 30 - Castaway Cay
We saved the best for last. A full day exploring and enjoying Disney's private Caribbean island. Walk off the ship into an oasis of fun. Enjoy separate white sand beaches...one for families and kids...one for adults. Snorkel in the shimmering lagoon, go sailing or paddle a kayak, or just stroll the aquatic playground. It's all for the exclusive use of Disney cruise passengers. Your day on the island is highlighted by a fabulous barbecue lunch.
Saturday, August 31 - Fly Home
After breakfast on board, you'll be transferred to the airport for your flight home with memories of the best family vacation ever! |
