Job Description / Requirements:
Gold Coast Broadcasting LLC is a radio broadcasting group with six stations in Ventura. We’re looking for an extremely organized individual who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, attention to detail and follow through. Knowledge of the Prophet System & First Media Works OSA is a bonus! Previous experience with radio public affairs preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
Duties Include:
· Coordinating quarterly fulfillment of FCC (Federal Communications Commission) Public Affairs Programming requirements for each radio station
· Managing recorded PSA (Public Service Announcement) inventory
· Producing quarterly FCC Public Affairs Reports
· Maintaining and updating each station FCC Public File
· Updating online Community Calendars on each station website
· Field all in-coming PSA requests
Requirements:
· Comfortable working in a PC / Windows environment, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and use of the Internet
