Metallica Goes To Prison Metallica shot a video on the grounds of San Quentin State Prison in California, in exchange for playing an hour-long set for the inmates. The band plays for their captive audience on Thursday (May 1).The video is for the title track to its June 10 release, St. Anger, and is being directed by the Malloy Brothers , who have previously worked with Foo Fighters and 311, among others.
